ABOUT THE EVENT

It's BACK! Our 3rd Annual Comic Book & Pop Culture themed art exhibition. With a gallery exhibition, juried art show and lots of artist and vendor booths inside the Playroom event center and outside the grounds. Art works are inspired by comics, movies, popular TV series, fan art and music.

Come by and check out works by your favorite local artists as well as supporting and encouraging our young, up and coming artists. We will have a special Q&A, with a panel of local professional artists, comic illustrators and curators at 5:00pm. All proceeds from sponsorships go to participating artists in the Workshop Alley, a free hands on, unique arts workshop for kids of all ages.

Tickets are Free, Admission is free. All ages welcome. There is an "Option to Purchase ticket" at checkout, or you can click on the donation button. Ticket purchase is considered a donation, and these donations are used to ensure we keep events like this free.

Gallery Art Submissions

$10 submission fee for gallery (not for each piece but total submission.

40% sales commission for works in gallery (ages 12 & under, no commission fee)

If artworks are not for sale, enter NFS in the submission form. Art prints are accepted for sale, only if original piece is on exhibit. All submissions must comply with Hetzel's family friendly atmosphere.

We'll start accepting submissions Aug 27th - Sept 7th. Deadline is 4pm Sept 7th.
